1. It’s common to think when you’re new to penis enlargement that going through more than one penis enhancement session per day will help you to gain size faster. That simply isn’t true. The way penis enlargement works is by breaking down the cells in the penis and letting them reform again. Doing any more than one session in a day simply doesn’t give the cells a chance to reform again. It’s better to schedule one session per day and keep it regular every day.

2. It’s a good idea to trim your pubic hair short whilst commiting to a penis enhancement schedule as it can get in the way and make attaching your extender quite uncomfortable. There’s no need to shave it all off, just a short trim will do. As an added bonus this will also make your penis look much bigger too!

3. To use penis extender devices most effectively you need to half a ‘half-erection’. Sometimes this can be quite difficult. We’ve found the easiest way is by getting a full erection and then concentrating on something else like television or listening to music or reading until the erection goes down a little.

4. Don’t be tempted to measure your penis every day or after every enhancement session. Doing it this way you only see small gains gradually. It’s much more satisfying to measure once a month and see you’ve gained a whole inch!

5. One contributing factor, not to the size of the acutal penis, but to your perception of it’s size is the rest of your body. If you’re slightly overweight you might consider some light exercise to compliment your penis enlargement regime.

7. It’s a well known fact that smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol contribute to male impotence and can make it harder for your penis to reach it’s full erect potential.
